Tend Natural Health is a cash based, insurance free, out-of-network provider.  We believe that decisions about your healthcare are important and private matters that should be made between you and your doctor, free of third-party interests.  The cost of visits are as follows:

75 min New Patient Visits:  $120.  60 min follow-ups:  $95. 

Payment is due at time of service and, upon request, we provide a coded receipt you can submit to your insurance provider for out-of-network benefits (typically reimbursed at 60-80%). Please check with your insurance provider for specifics about your plan and coverage of Naturopathic Medicine/Acupuncture or for out-of-network providers.
